When I started my Amazon business, traditional methods were the only thing I knew existed. I studied long and hard to learn everything I could for months and all I learned were people talking about Retail Arbitrage, Online Arbitrage, Wholesale and Private Label, which seemed like impossible ways to make money.

I felt so stuck… I wanted the dream of being an Amazon seller. I wanted to make some serious money but I didn’t have 6 figures sitting in my bank account to spend on buying inventory from China. And I didn’t have 10 hours a day to sift through Goodwill or Walmart trying to find something that might sell.

Still working a 9-5 job, I longed for the day I could turn in my resignation with the assurance of knowing I could not only survive, but thrive on my e-commerce business. Plenty of other people seemed to be doing it, if you believe all the YouTube videos from people showing off their (rented!) Lamborghinis.

There were so many gurus online teaching the same thing… but all seemed too risky for me. I only had a small amount of money I was willing to invest and I was scared of losing that. So I wasn’t too keen on jumping into something without vetting it first as a solid opportunity. 

Most of you are seeing those exact same methods outlined as the only way to get started. Maybe you’ve thought about trying RA and OA too… But here are the problems….  

    ● It’s waaaay too time consuming to search for deals  

    ● The competition is too stiff to get any sales 

    ● There’s not enough profit margin in these products 

Maybe you’ve tried Wholesale or considered trying Private Label…   

But those methods come with problems too… 

  ● Most wholesale companies won’t sell to Amazon resellers

  ● You have to buy in bulk which requires tons of capital up front 

  ● Often Chinese suppliers compete with you on the very same products they sell to you!  

All these questions were keeping me up at night… 

How do I find time to run all over town and spend days online looking for deals – the same ones everyone else was finding? How do I figure out how to negotiate with a foreign country and try to find a reputable supplier that won’t rip me off?   

And many more questions just like these kept me awake …. I felt like I was spending all this time and energy and taking on all this financial risk and getting nowhere. All I could think about was how to make this work and be able to quit my 9-5 if I couldn’t get over these first major hurdles…  

Then I stumbled across this very different method… 

After weeks and months of wasting my hard-earned money and spending hours upon hours trying to find a supplier only to have the relationship fall through, I stumbled across a method that no one was talking about…not one peep on the fact there is a way to become a 7-figure seller on Amazon without needing any inventory up front.   

I was listening to all these Amazon podcasts and watching hour long webinars and not one single person was talking about there being a way to get started on Amazon and being successful without spending my own money to purchase inventory.   

I was determined to succeed and when I started thinking outside the box, that’s when it happened… my breakthrough! That’s when I broke free of the same old overused tactics being taught by all the other guru’s.  

I found a new way of building a business that didn’t require me to take a chance on losing all my savings just to get started. I found a way I could use other people’s products without buying them first. This “loop-hole” allowed me to sell proven best sellers that didn’t have a lot of competition on Amazon.    

Did you know there are thousands of new businesses started on Amazon DAILY? There are over 2.5 million sellers on Amazon (per 2019 stats). Not all of them are successful. The main reason? They have zero experience selling or understanding of the Amazon platform.

That’s the secret! Matching my expertise with other people’s products. I partnered together with a local small business that did not know how to sell on Amazon and started off by listing their best selling products FOR them. In exchange for managing their entire Amazon business, I asked for a commission on every sale. No extra workload for them and I instantly had great products to sell.  

After all that struggling in the beginning just trying to get started, I could hardly believe it was actually this easy! This “out-of-the-box” method didn’t require me to take a chance on losing all my savings.  

Now I just want to walk you through the details of exactly how this method works so you can get started on creating your own 7-Figure business… 

Here’s the 4 simple steps I took to create a 7-Figure Amazon business in less than a year without needing any inventory and without needing a supplier in China… 

In a nutshell, I partner with people as their e-commerce specialist by creating and managing their Amazon account in exchange for a commission on every sale. I use my expertise as an Amazon seller and manage their Amazon business for them as if it were my own business.   

There is zero risk for me as I’m only listing their best-selling products already proven to be customer favorites. No more buying 3rd party Amazon software to determine the “product score” to see if it will sell. If it sells elsewhere, it will sell on Amazon! Simply follow these steps to get started… 

Step 1. Brainstorm a list of ideal e-commerce partners

The first step is getting connected to local businesses and small business owners who have an awesome product and a small customer base who aren’t leveraging online marketing yet. You probably already have some of these people in your circle.   

Make a list of 20 of these businesses or connections you have with people that know others with a product to sell. Allow them to make introductions for you as an Amazon expert that can help them grow their business online. 

Step 2. Create a magnetizing connection message they can’t resist  

The next step is reach out to some of these businesses on your list that you already have in your circle and help them understand how it would be a win-win relationship to have you help sell more of their products online. Here’s the exact statement I use that grabs their attention and opens their mind to the possibilities for their own business: 

“I am a million dollar seller on Amazon and I’m looking to partner with a business like yours that could use my expertise in generating more sales and profits by selling your products online. I offer a “hands-off” service meaning I do all the work and you simply supply the products. In exchange, I earn a small commission on each sale. It’s an instant win-win for us both!”  

What if you aren’t a million dollar seller on Amazon? No problem! Just rephrase the statement like this: “I work with a team of Amazon sellers with over $1 Million in annual sales supporting businesses just like yours that use my expertise in generating more sales and profits by selling their products online. I offer a “hands-off” service meaning I do all the work and you simply supply the products. In exchange, I earn a small commission on each sale. It’s an instant win-win for us both!”  

Using a powerhouse statement similar to this will compel them to want to work with you. Tell about your experience already as an Amazon seller. Just FYI – I had only sold about $750 on Amazon when I found a business to work with. I used the 2nd version of the statement above since I have very little experience so far.   

Keep in mind, most people don’t have the time or resources to learn Amazon and are desperate for help marketing their products online. My first client had never sold on Amazon before and didn’t want to take the time to learn… by working with me, I tripled his business in the first year!  

Step 3. Start off with winning home-run products for instant success 

Next choose the best-selling product the client has. Start with just one for the easiest and fastest way to get going. If it’s currently being sold elsewhere, it will also sell on Amazon. People search Amazon first before shopping on websites which should guarantee sales. Since it’s already a proven seller, you will be an instant hero! 

By starting with one item, you are maximizing your time and efforts to lock in the business deal. Once you prove the value you bring to the relationship, then you can add more products and variations to build the business connection further.   

Step 4. Begin your 7-Figure journey with commissions on every sale 

Finally, sit back and enjoy your commissions every time a product sells! Your value is your expertise in knowing what to do when necessary when managing the Amazon account. It is not related to the hours or time you spend managing it. Once set up and running, you will be simply monitoring and responding accordingly. 

Depending on the product being sold and the areas of support you offer, you could potentially work anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours a day on average. For me, this translates to a 6- figure income in commissions from these 7-figure sales. 

Once you master the process, it's simple… just rinse and repeat! Scale your business by adding more clients and multiply your earnings.   

So here’s what happened when I applied these 4 simple steps:

 ● I was able to start my own ecommerce business using other people’s inventory  

 ● I didn’t spend a dime of MY OWN MONEY buying “unproven” or “foreign” products upfront 

 ● Within a year, I helped my client sell $1 MILLION in products and I earned just over $146,000         in COMMISSIONS! 

All I had to do was connect with existing businesses and leverage their proven best sellers and upload them into a simple Amazon product page. Utilizing contacts that you may already have in your circle, your business could be up and running in no time. 

There is a better way and I’m living proof it works!  

My results speak for itself: sales tripled in the first year for my client and continue to track anywhere from a 30%-50% increase over prior year. Our partnership has strengthened to the point I’m consulted on new product ideas and viewed as a strong business partner.
